Shipping Policies
SHIPPING COST AND METHODS Delivery to the contiguous United States:
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories:
*Delivery to U.S. only. Excludes weekends and holidays. In-stock items only. Dangerous goods cannot ship via 2-Day or Overnight (this includes most fragrances).
To ensure we receive your package, make sure to get a tracking number for your records. Returns outside of the continental United States and Amazon purchases do not qualify for free prepaid return shipping. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. There will be a $15 service charge applied to all refused packages. Perfumes and blush Mystery Beauty Box are only eligible for return if damaged during shipping. If approved, returned perfume products and blush Mystery Beauty Boxes will be compensated for the value of the product with a gift card. Perfumes should be returned via USPS. *For orders with paid upgraded shipping (2 Day or Overnight), shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by DermStore, blush, HairEnvy or damaged. To receive authorization for a return, please contact Customer Service. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. RETURNS Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to DermStore, blush or HairEnvy and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 2:00 PST will be processed on the next business day. Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 5-7 business days. Please note 1-3 day shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. DermStore, blush and HairEnvy is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Overnight and 2-day Shipping: For quicker delivery, guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available. United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from DermStore is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route. Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international customers. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (shipments@dermstore.com). In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, our warehouse will be closed on the following days of the 2013 calendar:

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with their purchase. All customs charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped, not by DermStore, blush or HairEnvy. Please check with your local postal carrier regarding customs charges prior to ordering. Shipments to the UK may incur an 8lb Royal Mail Handling Fee. Any packages refused and sent back to DermStore, blush or HairEnvy will not be refunded or reshipped. We do not ship to Israel, Ghana, North Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Nigeria, Vietnam, or Hong Kong. We reserve the right to cancel any international order. Canadian Customers Shop Here: |
